Samsung Smart Logistics was incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. Samsung SDS service provides personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution called “Cello”. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.

Samsung SDS Global SCL Australia (SDSAU) is newly established in 2014. Based at Bankstown, SDSAU provides quality and sophisticated logistics service to our value customers using “Cello” system.

**BROAD SCOPE**:
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Systems and IT Coordinator shall monitor all daily Cello system and EDI issues that may arise for Samsung business. This includes KPI performance, reviewing business critical reporting, and measuring both system and EDI impact on KPI performance. This role is the primary SDSAU contact for the Cello system.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Monitoring and Managing EDI interface between all parties
- Monitoring EDI Receiving and Sending status in the System
- Trouble shooting or Escalation EDI Issue
- EDI Data: ASN, GR, DO, TO, GI, IOD, POD
- Monitor and create shipments and manifests
- Monitor and track movement and input data
- Consolidate EDI issue, find root cause

Monitoring system related issue and maintain OPS master data files
- Operation innovation
- System improvement
- Maintain customer master data
- Maintain Item master data
- Maintain cell/zone master data
- Maintain VAS/RMA list
- Maintain NODE data
- Maintain BOD-ROUTE-LANE data
- System issues review monthly

Reporting & Month-End monitoring
- Review of business critical reporting
- Escalation of KPI risks and failures
- Response for month end IOD management and EDI interface issue

Coordinate information with all Parties
- Monitor improvement projects with LSP
- Contact with HQ/RHQ for all IT/warehouse issues
- Facilitate the flow of information between parties
- Key contact for Cello System issues
- Liaising with clients and LSP
- Solve inventory discrepancy
- Keep record of system/operation failure
- Involving stocktake twice per year
- Key contact of CELLO PLUS VOC list from customer
- Plan and co-ordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new biz type and project
- Conducting formal training and maintain user and training documentation accordingly
- Maintenance of documentation for functional specifications for user by system developers

IT security PIC
- Provide detail which request from HQ security department
- Provide warehousing detail which request from RHQ
- Maintain asset registers for IT equipment
- Conduct regular reviews of business critical hardware

Ad-Hoc task
- System set-up of new warehouse operations
- Contribute to system-related workshops and discussions
- Manage system related projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Managing EDI interfaces and error resolution
- Ability to analyse KPI results and operational performance
- Good understanding of TMS / WMS
- Ability to file and process big data using MS-Excel
- Great time management and administrational skills

**EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor degree or above
- Residence Visa or Citizen or similar

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in similar role is preferred
- Background in distribution operations.
- Experience monitoring and managing EDI interface is essential.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
