As an emerging Information Systems (IS) professional you will be part of a small IS Team responsible in the day-to-day support to the global Seeing Machines Limited organisation. You will contribute to ensuring that all IS users, including global users, have the best IS services available and that all IS are operating at optimal effectiveness.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:
This role assists in supporting the companies Information Systems, including, but would not be limited to:

- Provide Level 1 and 2 support, ensuring all incidents, problems and service requests are logged, monitored, and tracked using the IS helpdesk system.
- Work within the direction set by the IS Support Team Lead
- Communicate effectively and proactively among colleagues to solve problems
- May require lifting and carrying computers/equipment.
- Produce and maintain support documentation and knowledgebase articles
- Onboard/Offboard end users, assist with desk moves/relocations and run inductions
- On-call responsibilities are required
- Follow process and procedures
- Provide support to staff in all locations (Global Support)
- Manage user accounts in accordance with IS Department procedures.
- Assist in IT projects.
- Maintain asset records according to IT Department procedures.
- Solve technical problems with guidance from senior staff

About you

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective identification and resolution of IS related issues
- Outstanding customer service including clear verbal and written communication (Desirable)
- Must be proactive and willing to go the extra mile to delight the user
- Effective time, workload, and priority management
- Ability to diagnose and resolve onsite/ remote computing/phone problems
- Understanding of ITIL Service Management
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure, Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online and Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of Linux desktop OS and commands (preferred)
