Our Receptionists deliver high quality customer focused reception and administrative activities. As the first point of contact it is essential this position presents a professional image and creates a welcoming, warm and positive first impression, whether via phone or in person.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reception Management
- Be the ‘first point of contact’ for all face to face and telephone enquiries to THQ Blackburn.
- Manage a switchboard of external calls ensuring each are addressed as appropriate and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that visitors and callers are addressed promptly, in a courteous and warn manner.
- Manage all queries and visitors to ensure that they are put in touch with the relevant internal contact or referred externally (where possible).
- Ensure that that reception area is neat, tidy and well-functioning and presents a good image for visitors.
- Oversee the security of the reception area and access to the building using established protocols.

Concierge Support
- Undertake concierge style support as required for building management (including access for trades as arranged), post and courier services etc.
- Oversee the use and cleanliness of the ground floor meeting rooms.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of TSA internal teams and external facing services in order to allow enquiries to be passed to relevant persons.
- Where required connect callers to internal and external services.

Administration
- Undertake a range of admin tasks and project work as needed to support HR Operations, whilst prioritizing Reception duties.
- Assist in administrative functions for HR Operations team, which could include updating procedures, training manuals, sharepoint sites.

ABOUT YOU
- Qualifications in business administration or related field (desired)
- 5+ years’ experience in a reception role
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a not for profit environment, including sites receiving client visitors
