**About the role: Dive into a new role at Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre**

Would you enjoy being part of the Fitness Centre Team at the new Aquatic and Fitness Centre in the Sydney Hills? The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking experienced and suitably qualified Fitness Trainers (Casuals) to be responsible for supervision of the public and members using the Fitness
Centre and provide assistance and advice relating to Health and Fitness programs. The new complex includes a 10-lane 50m outdoor Olympic-sized pool, additional 25m outdoor pool and two indoor learn to swim and leisure pools, along with water play area, and a fully equipped Fitness Centre. You will be assisting the Team Leader Fitness Centre with daily gym operations. If your’ looking for an opportunity to be part of the Waves Fitness Team, we want to hear from you.

**Duties include**:

- Supervise patrons using the Fitness centre and Group Fitness Areas.
- Ensure patrons are abiding by fitness centre conditions of entry and centre rules.
- Tour potential new members of the Fitness Centre providing advice on membership options
- Provide patrons where required with correction and education whilst using fitness equipment.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Relevant Qualifications in Fitness, (Certificate 3 or 4)
- First Aid - (HLTAID003)

**Position details**:
TB62 Casual role, as and when needed.

**Salary**: From $34.80 to $39.64 per hour including casual loading + weekend penalty rates + Superannuation.
