Established in 2020, Our client is specialist construction and formwork company operating across New South Wales. With a focus on safety, our client offers high quality formwork, steel reinforcement and concrete construction civil works services.

We are currently looking to hire a lead formworker to lead a team of formwork carpenters in multiple projects. This is a full-time position with annual earnings between $80,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation on offer depending on skills and experience. Multiple positions are available.

The general day to day duties will be as follows:

- Leading a team of formwork carpenters on multiple projects
- Daily onsite management of projects
- Read and interpret working plans
- Formwork and assembly of prepared wood & other materials to form structures
- Accurate cutting of materials and assembly of shaped parts
- Erecting framework and related duties
- Measurement, cutting and construction of wooden and other fixtures
- Coordinate with crew members to ensure compliance with all Work Health and Safety regulations and procedures

Qualification, skills and experience:

- Relevant qualification or equivalent employment experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Good work ethic
- Strong attention to health & safety guidelines

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
