We currently have two positions available for experienced HSE Advisors to work with our client a small civil contractor working on major earthworks and rehabilitation projects in the Pilbara. Both positions are offered on a permanent hire basis with our client.

**Site Based HSE Advisor**

This is a stand-alone position where you have the opportunity to manage and drive the safety culture on a major haul road maintenance project. Reporting to the Site Project Manager you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with site Supervisors and Management to provide coaching and mentoring support to meet safety compliance and assurance requirements and identify and manage risk.
- Managing the investigation of workplace incidents.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to manage HSE audits.
- Coordinate and actively participate in daily prestart meetings.
- Conducting VOC's for machine operators and site personnel.

To be successful in this position you will have:

- A minimum 3+ years’ experience working in a like role on civil construction projects in remote locations ideally working with a civil contractor.
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S or Tertiary qualification in OH&S
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ideally Perth based and available to work on a 2:1 roster.

**Perth Based HSE Advisor**

This position provides HSE administrative support across multiple projects including. This position is offered on a full time or part time basis. Some site travel will be required. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordination and management of project HSE Audits.
- Monthly HSE reporting and HSE record keeping.
- Coordination of employee return to work programmes.

To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

- A minimum 3+ years’ experience working in a like role with exposure to civil construction projects in remote locations.
- Experience working with a civil contractor.
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S or Tertiary qualification in OH&S
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail with strong report writing skills.
