**About the Role**
This role actively supports our sales and residential teams to ensure a seamless transition for residents into our communities. Working closely with allocated villages, you will cultivate effective relationships with sales consultants, sales managers, and village managers, providing vital administrative support during both the vacating and sales processes.
Some of your duties may include:
- Ensure that sales settlements are managed promptly and in compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation of contractual documentation for incoming and outgoing residents, ensuring that all documentation is prepared accurately and within the designated legal and company timeframes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing residents, addressing inquiries and concerns related to sales and contractual matters in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Maintain effective communication with Sales Consultants and Village Managers, collaborating to resolve sales and resident issues efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate communication and information exchange with solicitors regarding sales, administration, and contract-related matters.
**About You**
- 1-2 years recent proven experience working in an administrative based role working on the administration & conveyancing required for property settlements and contracts
- Knowledge and understanding of range of legislation (e.g. Retirement Villages Act); Experience working within the retirement industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, sales teams, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
**The Benefits**

- Base salary of $91,000 + super
- 4 days work from home per week
- 7.5 hours per day (9-5) Monday to Friday
