AAMG is currently looking to recruit an energetic Recruitment Coordinator to join our experienced team at our head office based in Brisbane.

**About Us**: Autonomy & Asset Management Group is an Australian based business supporting the mining & resource industry. We provide a range of services that include Automation and Technology, Asset Management and Skilled Trades to support large-scale mining projects, working on a range of the latest OEM equipment with Tier 1 clients.

We're seeking a **Recruitment Coordinator **to join the team at our Head Office in Hendra close to Hamilton, Racecourse Rd and DFO shopping and dining precincts.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment whilst hiring for our skilled trades sector. This is a unique role where you will be working closely with various clients to deliver against project requirements nationally.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Advertising live vacancies on Seek and social media
- Formatting suitable resumes to send onto our clients
- Reference Checks
- Database management including group mailers
- Employee Aftercare and follow-up post placement
- Working as a team with our experienced team of Recruitment Coordinators and Mobilisation Coordinator

**About You**:

- You will demonstrate previous experience working in a Recruitment/Resourcing role
- Prior experience of the mining or construction industry would be highly advantageous
- Experience recruiting on a high volume blue collar desk
- Experience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities to outcomes without sacrificing quality or timeliness
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a warm yet professional phone manner
- Willingness to go over and above what is expected to ensure excellent customer service is delivered each and every time
