**The role**

We have an opportunity for a Case Manager to join our CCI/Life team in Sydney. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be part of a high performance culture and join a customer focused team consisting of Technical Specialists and Case Managers.

As Claims Service Consultant, you will be our first ‎point of contact for new claimants and assist existing customers with ‎their enquiries. You will have passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers in ‎their “Moment of Truth" and act as a true ambassador of a trusted brand.‎ As a member of the team you will positively contribute to team culture, drive change and innovation.

**You'll **be responsible for**
- Registration of new claims and providing assistance as part of the claims management process
- Managing the payment processing procedures for the Team
- Answering telephone enquiries from customers and requesting additional information
- Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with other tasks as required by the team

- Proven data entry skills
- A naturally empathetic nature, with a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing business needs
