**About the role**

Business development
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets, especially serving VIP clients.
- Ensure visual merchandising, floor layout, and product displays meet the brand's premium standards.
- Analyze store performance data and provide insights to improve results. Maintain knowledge of competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop lasting customer relationships with a focus on acquiring and retaining.
- Coordinate with the headquarters to devise and implement store action plans to meet strategic objectives.
- Train and mentor the sales team to help them achieve performance goals.
- Oversee stock control and warehouse management processes to maximize store operational efficiency.

Team management
- Onboard and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Develop continuous training programs to upskill the team in customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, stock management, and sales.
- Assist in daily team meetings to motivate team members and share store updates.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to evaluate staff performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Resolve customer and staff issues according to store policies and procedures. Take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.

Client relationship management
- Embed the brand culture through a consistent focus on exceptional customer experiences.
- Train and coach team members to have expert knowledge of the brand's products, collections, and pricing. Ensure the team follows all aspects at all stages of the customer journey.
- Monitor the store environment, displays, and visual merchandising to ensure they always reflect the premium brand image.
- Review team members' records to maintain accurate client profiles and purchase histories.

Process management
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Ensure the efficient organization of the store warehouse and stockroom. Maintain adequate stock levels of products to meet customer demands and sales targets.
- Oversee receiving, checking, and replenishing deliveries to maintain accurate stock records. Supervise stock control processes and timely inventory counts.
- Assist with administrative tasks, e.g., preparing sales reports, managing petty cash, and maintaining records.
- Implement and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Make recommendations to optimize store processes and improve efficiency.

**About you**
- A university degree or above in Business or a relevant field would be an advantage.
- Extensive experience in retail, preferably luxury fashion retail sales.
- Analytical mind to solve complex problems.
- Professional in handling customer complaints and challenging issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with solid presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in software systems, e.g., MS Office, SAP, and POS.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
