Labourer/trade Assistant

CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing - Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

Our client specialises in aluminum, mild or stainless steel products, with capabilities for plasma and laser cutting, as well as, bending and forming.

We are currently have a position available for Labourer/Trade Assistant to assist tradesman and perform general fabrication and manufacturing tasks.

This position requires an immediate start. May include work the Geebung workshop and onsite work. A White/Blue Construction card is essential.

**To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following selection criteria**:

- Experienced in Welding / Metal fabrication
- Mechanically Minded
- Proficient with Hand Tool usage
- Must be reliable and take pride in work
- Strong Work ethics
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - this role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants
- Strong Work ethics
- Available for an immediate start
