**About the role at HelloFresh**

Based in the HelloFresh Sydney Campus, the Payroll Officer will report to the Payroll manager and process weekly, fortnightly & monthly payrolls for the HelloFresh Group across Australia and New Zealand.

You will
- Assist with the end-to-end payroll on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis for the Hello Fresh Group
- Process superannuation, PAYG tax and workers compensation
- Analyse and validate time & attendance records, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards
- Prepare final payment calculations, workers compensation and other adhoc pay calculations
- Maintain employee data accuracy across multiple systems
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for payroll queries

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Payroll Administration - Accurately process employee payroll, calculate payments, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Administrative Support - Ensure smooth operations by collaborating with others to complete various tasks, organizing information, and coordinating schedules

- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chippendale, NSW 2008
