IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products and systems. IGT Australia provides a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

IGT is searching for a Mid/Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about developing games to join our Sydney based team of game development software engineers. This team is responsible for the creation of new and exciting game concepts. Within this role you will work in an established cross-functional development team that's agile, open, fun, and driven to build high quality tech.

**What we are looking for**:

Requirements
- A passion for developing games and high-quality software.
- Excellent programming skills in C# and.NET but can turn their head to any language.
- Experience in developing games using Unity (preferred).
- Experience in performance debugging and optimization.
- Experience with source control tools (preferred Perforce or git).
- Good To Have
- Exposure or development experience with shaders, shader graph and other real time visual effects.
- Experience using creative tools (photoshop, blender, aftereffects) and working with creatives.
- Experience using Software Development Tools such as Visual Studio 2019 and above.
- Able to thrive in an agile environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with CD/CI

**Skills to help you stand out**:

- Experience in casino gaming development (Class III ANZ/Asia/USA, ANZ Gaming standards). Casino game development experience for Web/Mobile will be well regarded as well.
- Knowledge on jurisdictional requirements.
