**Your Future Role**:
Success in role requires strong partnership with our Sales and Business Architect teams as well as Marketing and Solution Advisory. You have an important role of building relationships with SAP’s global and regional industry and product Go To Market teams. Your ability to build trust with customers, partners and internal stakeholders are key to your success.

Your responsibilities include:
**Team management** - Manage a team of Industry Advisors in the key industries of Australia & New Zealand and the Center of Excellence specialists in the BTP and ERP areas. This team partners with their respective field leaders to develop pipeline, elevate stakeholder conversations and thought leadership in their relevant domain areas.

**Industry expert** - Play a dual role of supporting the development of our Consumer Products & Retail industry leveraging SAP’s deep solution capabilities and global experience in this space. Focus on leading customer conversations with industry thought leadership and experience.

**Demand management** - Partner with the Sales Leadership, Marketing and Demand Management Hub teams to support the Demand Generation processes of the SAP ANZ business that is led by industry. Programmatically orchestrate and execute on industry growth strategy and digital demand creation motions.

**Customer engagements** - Elevate customer engagements to bring industry lens into the conversation to differentiate and build C-level engagement. Demonstrate industry knowledge and be the trusted advisor in our key accounts.

**Your qualifications**
- Managerial experience with nationally dispersed teams with a differing levels of experience.
- Consumer Products or Retail Industry experience - working in, consulting and/or implementing SAP; with knowledge on the challenges, trends and how digital transformation is affecting this industry.
- Experience with business development in a consulting or software vendor setting is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP’s consumer products and/retail solutions is highly desired.
- Strong written and communication skills and ability to lead through influence.
- Ability to operate well in an agile and matrixed environment.
