**Description**:
As an PRM Bus Driver, you play a vital role in a busy airport operation Your focus is on delivering a seamless, safe and efficient transporting service.

Part of your role is to deliver Passenger Reduced Mobility (PRM) services, transporting and assisting specific needs customers throughout their journey between the Domestic and International Airport terminals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate Star Aviation vehicle(s) airside
Transport passengers with specific needs between International and Domestic terminal
Ensure the safe operation of vehicle(s) and equipment in accordance with Star Aviation, Customer and Airport procedures, processes and regulations
Ensure vehicles are clean, refuelled and in good working condition and report any issues to the Operations Coordinator or Airport Manager
Deliver PRM services on behalf of Star Aviation and its Airline partners to the highest level ensuring customer satisfaction
Clearly and coherently liaise with all staff and customers.
Provide assistance to wheelchair passengers in manoeuvring luggage on and off the Bus where require
Complete any documentation and input correct information into the task sent to you through Star’s allocation system
Operate any lifting devices, such as but not limited to Electronic/ Folding Ramps, Electric Steps, Hoists, in accordance with Airline approved transfer methods, to assist passengers with specific needs and wheelchair passengers
Report all incidents, injuries and hazards to the Passenger Service Manager on duty
Communication through radio device
Work as part of the team operationally ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations
Ensure you act in accordance with the Star Aviation guidelines and appropriate and professional standard
Drive a safety culture ensuring compliance with both the Airline, Airport and Star Aviation requirements

**Skills and Experiences**:

- A valid Australian driver licence
- A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- A valid Authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA)
- Absolute commitment to safety, and following road rules and regulations
- Clean driving record.
- Good situational awareness.
- Competent in the use of radio communications with clear and concise verbal communications skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good distance vision and depth perception.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Experience with special needs or reduced mobility persons - desirable
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform all duties at a high standard of customer service
