Our client has been operating for over 30 years and based in south, eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This business manufacturers high-quality Australian made recreational vehicles. The company prides themselves on high quality products to ensure the customer’s needs are being met.

We are seeking a factory hand with an eye for detail and are able to meet production deadlines. You must be able to work within a team and work autonomously.

We are seeking an individual with robust hand and upper body strength who can stand comfortably at a spacious workbench.

**Responsibilities**:

- Placing various sizes of foam into pre-made cushions
- Utilizing both a heat glue gun and an electric stapler
- Adherence to a set schedule

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Follow safety guidelines
- Good physical condition and endurance with a positive and motivated attitude
- Punctual
