- Job Description

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be working as a member of a project team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position requires effective communication with external workforce, field supervisory staff, and internal teams to ensure streamlined operations.
- Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Perform data entry into project databases and perform associated administration activity,
- Perform tasks in MS Excel, related to presenting data for reporting and analysis purposes,
- Perform various tasks related to track and chasing, this involves following up on progress and providing feedback, assist with taking phone calls and producing reports,
- Assist with taking notes and compiling minutes of meetings,
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and contribute toward efficiency.
- Desired Skills and Experience

**You**:
To secure an interview for this great local opportunity, it is desirable you can meet the following:
- Tertiary or vocational qualification and minimum of five years working experience,
- Experience in back-of-house project administration involving entry into databases and data handling via excel and pivot tables,
- Have high attention to detail, and high level of accuracy regarding data entry,
- Be able to learn new systems within a short time frame, with a pro-active “can do” attitude to getting things done,
- Can plan and structure your daily work within a routine,
- Have suitable computer skills (MS Office 365) excel, word, and outlook,
- Have proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
