**About the role**:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a Weighbridge Operator for our Wacol site, you will showcase your exceptional customer service and computer skills into play. Your primary role will be to serve customers, process details, weigh trucks and vehicles. You will also ensure that you accurately weigh in scrap, process receipt documentation for customers and suppliers in compliance with vendor payment procedures and InfraBuild Recycling policies, and data entry.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately recording weights and type by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures etc.
- Processing payments, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation
- Dealing with the transport onsite and operating the weighbridge
- Making sure the drivers coming and going onsite have the correct documentation
- Developing and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Checking incoming loads, ensuring compliance with site license and permitted waste types
- Processing delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring weighbridge customers are aware of site rules and distribute information and guidance accordingly

To be successful in this role you will:

- Experience in a similar role, allocating or scheduling
- Previous experience managing cash sales is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and record-keeping skills
- Experience using MS office suite
- Experience with ERP system is highly desirable
