**As a Grid Connection Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of renewable energy projects. Your expertise will contribute to the growth of clean energy sources and the reduction of carbon emissions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and oversee grid connection processes** for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** including engineers, project managers, and regulatory specialists to develop and **implement effective grid connection strategies.**:

- **Foster relationships** with grid operators, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to facilitate **smooth communication and resolution of issues**.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting grid connection procedures.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in grid connection management, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Experience in connecting renewable energy generators either in the NEM or WEM.
- In-depth knowledge of grid infrastructure, transmission systems, and energy regulations in Australia. Generator and Power Systems Modelling, with experience using PSS/E, PSCAD & PF simulation tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
