**About the role**:
Our client is seeking a strong Construction Administrator to join their high performing team. We are seeking someone who is an enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking individual interested in a diverse role with the opportunity for growth.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Compiling monthly budgets
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- General office administration including answering and transferring all incoming calls
- Booking in technicians
- Key liaison between New Home Consultants, Site Managers and our customers
- Updating claims sheet and chasing up claim photos
- Maintain/order stock of handover boxes
- Minutes for construction meetings
- Liaising with energy companies, building surveyors and suppliers.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Construction Administrator
- Strong communication and liaison skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle and escalate potential issues
- Strong computer skills (we use Google Workspace)
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for working in the building industry
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
