- We have multiple, permanent job opportunities available at this brand-new facility based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. These roles require previous experience operating food manufacturing or packaging machinery with a strong understanding of food safety.

**What will you be doing?**

We are on the hunt for experienced machine operators who have a strong background in operating mixers, blenders, boilers, packaging machines, ovens, and cooking machinery. You will be responsible for:

- Preparing area for processing including prestart and line start up
- Confirming and allocating raw materials to correct production jobs
- Filling information related to production jobs in the SAP system or SCADA for data logging of jobs to ensure Critical Control Points (CCP) and food safety standards are met
- Operating machines including lock out, tag out procedures
- Routinely inspecting products to ensure consistency and satisfactory product within set specifications
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment and machines

**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in a machine operating role within a food manufacturing environment such as dairy, drinks, baked goods, soups, sauces
- Hands-on experience following hygiene procedures for cleaning machinery and working in a food safe environment
- Good physical fitness to suit a manual labour processing environment
- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
- Be able to follow processes and procedures accurately and efficiently
- A Certificate in Food Processing or Food handling is desirable
