**Job Description**:
As the Talent Acquisition operations analyst, your key responsibility will be delivering exceptional and continuous business process and systems improvements to Talent Acquisition operations. You will lead the identification of improvement priorities, co-ordinating the resources, information inputs and key stakeholders to ensure proposed initiatives, tools and solutions are fit for purpose and removes barriers to TA efficiency and quality.

You will be responsible for planning and conducting small workshops and focus groups, and other discovery activities with key stakeholders, including our internal Digital Solutions partners, vendors, hiring managers, and of course our TA team members - leading to change management activities to ensure new initiatives are successfully embedded within standard practices.

**Responsibilities include**
- Support the delivery of key HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems in Talent Acquisition in line with organisational requirements and operational plans.
- Perform continual process improvement assessments to ensure efficient and effective undertaking of Talent Acquisition activities including systems optimisation, advertisement platform engagement, shortlisting documentation, coordinating interview logistics, and creating job offers, visas and relocation.
- Prepare and manage relevant templates, guides, webpages and team RACI within TA and TA related policy.
- In collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition, identify, evaluate, and prioritise resources, trends, challenges, risks, and opportunities to manage and track projects and improvements, contributing to high-quality end to end Talent Acquisition services.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and productive working relationships with external vendors, internal stakeholders and customers of Talent Acquisition services to achieve tactical solutions to complex and operational problems.
- Supervise, develop and coach Talent Acquisition team members.
- Provision of data driven, expert advice and consultation to the Talent Acquisition function, supporting the development of strategies and interventions to overcome team process limitations and mitigate organisational risks and challenges.
- This is a critical position for fraud and corruption control in the University. The incumbent will ensure they understand the University's Fraud and Corruption Control Framework and manage the prevent, detect and report controls of their function effectively.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Talent Acquisition team. Work independently and positively as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to complete assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Support and promote compliance with relevant legislation and University policies and procedures, including diversity and safety and exhibit good practice.

This is a continuing opportunity based at our Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

HEW level 6 base salary range $ 85,287.84 - $90,972.14 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package is in the range $99,786.78 - $106,437.40 per annum.
