**The Apprenticeship**
- Certificate 3 in Cake and Pastry (FSB 30321)_

Statewide Group Training are seeking a Cake and Pastry Apprentice to join our team working for a well established bakery in Malvern.

The position is a full-time apprenticeship, working a minimum of 38 hours per week and will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.

**Duties may include -**
- Preparation of Veg and Meat for pasty fillings
- Weighing dough ingredients and preparation of bread and bread products
- Making bakery products such as cakes, sweet and savoury pastries and breads
- Cleaning

**About you**
- You must be physically fit and reliable
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
- Must be willing to work early mornings
- Must be passionate about baking and food preparation
- Must have attention to detail
- Commitment to approx. 4 year apprenticeship
