You are able to work autonomously and maintain composure when there are multiple complex tasks on hand.

You enjoy the opportunity to **collaborate **within a close knit team environment, and play your part in achieving common goals to support the Royal Australian Navy assets.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an integral part in the daily warehousing activities and operations across several defence sites including Rozelle (Sydney City Marine) and Garden Island Defence Precinct in Potts Point.

The exciting aspect of this role is that you will be supporting our Landing Helicopter Docks and Anzac Class Frigate programs and will be responsible for ensuring materials are held and available for scheduled maintenance periods and assisting in the receipt and management of stores and equipment to respond to planned and unscheduled maintenance.
- To be successful in this role, you will have: _
- Australian Citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain)
- Previous warehouse / storeperson experience, preferably in the Defence industry
- Experience and understanding in the movement and storage of Dangerous Goods
- An understanding of both domestic and international freight procedure, capabilities and limitations
- Warehouse system knowledge - preferably in the use of MILIS, IFS and/ or other ERP systems
- Forklift Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
