- **We are on the hunt for an experienced Safety Advisor to join our client's team in Yatala - Queensland, working with the modular team**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and management of our clients safety management system
- Liaising with the project team members for subcontractor management including SWMS reviews
- Discuss, monitor, and assist the workforce in the safe delivery of on-site activities
- Completing weekly safety audits and closing out actions
- Completing task observations, incident reporting and investigation
- Conducting site-specific inductions, conducting toolbox meetings and participating in the daily pre-start meeting

**About you**:

- Hold minimum of Diploma of Health & Safety Management
- Current first aid qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful construction projects in a similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of legislative and best practice HSE policies; good knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards; contract terms and conditions; industrial relations
- Literacy in Microsoft Office suite
- Analysis and problem-solving skills to respond appropriately to a range of project requirements
