**Compensation**:

- Hourly Rate + Super + Commissions
- $1000 end of probation bonus

**The Role**:
As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads for one of WA's fastest-growing electrical companies. Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Conducting outbound and inbound sales activities
- Delivering exemplary customer service to clients
- Generating leads for both residential and/or B2B sectors
- Following up with appointments
- Utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer databases
- Collaborating closely with a tightly-knit team

**Requirements**:

- High motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to succeed
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to be part of a results-driven sales team
- Professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

**Salary**: $43,472.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Retention bonus

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
