**Description**:
What you will do.

**This position is accountable for**:

- Working in a small team to deliver outstanding member service and achieve agreed performance goals.
- Assist members with their day-to-day banking needs including cash transactions on teller.
- Assist members with over the phone queries.
- Assist members with loans for vehicles, holidays and other personal needs.
- Supporting the Williamtown branch.

**To achieve this, you will work with**:

- Current and prospective members.
- Base command.
- Internal teams such as the broader NSW Region, Partner Relationship Managers, Wealth Investment Managers, Business Services, Business Technology, Lending Assessment, Loan Fulfilment, and People & Capability.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What you will bring.

You’re passionate about delivering outstanding service while keeping on track with performance goals. You enjoy developing your knowledge and skills and thrive on the challenge of supporting your team to achieve goals and objectives.

**You have**:

- At least one years’ experience in a retail sales team ideally within financial services.
- A Tier 2 qualification is preferred but not required.

**Demonstrated experience or skills in**:

- Effective cash handling skills.
- Working in a sales environment with a focus on members needs.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adhering to, and achieving local sales plans.
- Motivated to achieve agreed goals.
- Picking up new concepts quickly.
- Time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
