**Introduction**:
CRCS is a dynamic and community-focused organization committed to enhancing the well-being of families in the Capital Region. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Education and Care portfolio as Playgroup Facilitator. This role involves supporting, administering, and delivering playgroups that cater to the diverse needs of families with children aged 0-5 years.

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and facilitating playgroups across ACT and Capital Regions - includes set-up and pack-up of groups in the community.
- Maintaining resources and resource storage, ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
- Record-keeping and administration of group attendances and other relevant information in the relevant computer-based management system and hard files.
- Working in partnership with Family Education Practitioners and other Families team members to provide holistic support to families.
- Collating attendance records to provide data to Program Manager for reporting purposes as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualification or higher
- First Aid certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to a roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.
- Knowledge and commitment to the CRCS Vision, Purpose, Values, and Strategic Goals.
- Personal attributes of optimism, resilience, and flexibility.
- Experience in delivering programs to a diverse demographic, including children, families, and seniors.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours on occasion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills, including effective forward planning, coordination, prioritization, and task management.

**CRCS also requires all employees to**:
Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
