We're a small dog daycare located in Darlinghurst. Our services also include grooming and we sell a range of natural treats and food. Our customer service is second to none and we treat every dog like our own. We pride ourselves on creating a safe and fun environment for small breed puppies and dogs to learn essential social skills and build confidence. We've built such amazing relationships with our dog parents that they continue to visit us weekly for years.

**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**

The Daycare Manager plays a vital role in helping The Team achieve its vision in providing a safe and nuturing space for small dogs to learn and socialise. The Daycare Manager's role is to oversee the day to day operations of the Daycare side of the business.

- A proven strong leader
- Encouraging a positive inclusive team environment ensuring all staff are upskilled in animal behaviours and basic training.
- Assist in managing our social media channels
- Able to effectively communicate and have excellent customer service skills
- Responsible, patient, empathetic, prompt and very dependable
- A perfectionist - always looking to learn and improve
- Assist in developing ideas for future customer read
- Able to multitask, time manage, and adapt to change
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and have a sense of humour
- Don't mind getting your hands dirty

**Experience/skills**
- Qualifications in Animal Behaviour
- Must have previous experience managing a team of people
- Paid worked with groups of dogs in a daycare setting
- Have completed education in Animal Behaviour
- Born to work in Customer Service

**Nitty Gritty**

4 days per week plus have your weekends off Competitive salary with performance bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- working wth groups of dogs: 2 years (required)
- leadership: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:
