Apprentice Stonemason

Hot Rock Granite (HRG) is a leading Gold Coast based stone supplier and manufacturer. Family owned and operated for over 17 years, we offer a great work environment for our team of stone specialists, and beautifully crafted stone with exceptional customer service. We currently have the opportunity for an **Apprentice** **Stonemason** to join our team.

This role involves working/ training a 40-hour week, from 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday at our Burleigh premise, learning all there is to know about shaping and crafting engineered and natural stone to our customer requirements. The Apprentice Stonemason would be undertaking a Certificate III in Stonemasonry, so at the end of the apprenticeship they would be trade qualified and ready for a rewarding and hands on career.

Applicants must have:

- A genuine interest in learning the craft of stonemasonry,
- Ability to follow instructions,
- Great attention to detail,
- A strong safety focus,
- Health and fitness to lift heavy stone and materials and perform physical labouring,
- A current drivers licence is an advantage.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
