The Opportunity

We are excited to announce this new position as a People Coordinator to join the team and provide a great employee experience. You will be supporting our employees with front line queries, providing administrative support to our People Team, supporting end to end employee lifecycle and to identify opportunities to improve and enhance current processes and services offered.

If you are wanting to make a career change or get your foot in the door to support the overall HR function within financial services, this could be the position for you. This opportunity will give you exposure to support all business units and partner with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide support to People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to enable them to support their businesses needs
- Supporting the business with setting up vendors and contractors to ensure seamless service with contractual, probity, compliance, on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Support to team including reporting, administrative and value add projects that help improve the way we do things.
- Respond to general employee enquiries whilst maintaining a great employee experience
- Great communication skills, strong stakeholder management and negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective delivery of timely, quality work that’s fit for purpose
- Proven ability to step up and take initiative and identify and deliver continuous improvement
- Attention to detail, the ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational ability along with a flexible, ‘can do’ approach allowing you to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders A solid understanding of Human resources processes

About you
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or related field
- Understanding of HR related legislation, beneficial
- Experience in recruitment coordination, highly desired
- Good skills in Excel and knowledge of MS Office and related tools
- Experience with Oracle HCM beneficial but not essential Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a similar field
