- In consultation with radiographers and sonographers, support the efficient and effective organisation of the daily workflow to maximise the use of available resources in the Specialist Imaging Modalities of Ultrasound, CT Scanning and MRI Scanning in the Medical Imaging Department.**The role**:
In consultation with radiographers and sonographers, support the efficient and effective organisation of the daily workflow to maximise the use of available resources in the Specialist Imaging Modalities of Ultrasound, CT Scanning and MRI Scanning in the Medical Imaging Department.

This position will be supporting the MRI Scanning Unit.

**Details of Appointment**

Permanent, full time, day work, working 76 hours per fortnight.
- notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
- _Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies._

**Salary**: $58,899 to $61,381 per annum + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Salary range is in accordance with the Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award _

**Eligibility**:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

- Previous experience working in a Medical Imaging service

The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre‑employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:

- Conviction checks in the following areas:

- crimes of violence
- serious drug offences
- crimes involving dishonesty
- Identification check
- Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
