**The opportunity**

Design, build, and implement interactive experiences for Greater Western Water to drive business impacts, such as enhancing the end-user onboarding experience and accelerating feature adoptions.

**Responsibilities**
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, internal and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues related to WalkMe implementation.
- Ensure smooth functionality across different platforms and devices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business objectives, pain points, and end-user needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommend WalkMe solutions that align with GWW goals and improve the user experience.
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on WalkMe best practises.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in Digital Adoption technologies, particularly WalkMe.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in preparing and maintaining documented work instructions in WalkMe.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret data and recommend business process improvements.
- High level of organisation skills and an ability to multi-task
- Thorough understanding of systems and processes relating to customer service processes.
