The Floor Supervisor will be hands-on, leading the team while overseeing waiting staff and kitchen operations.

Located on busy Lygon street in Carlton we are close to the C.B.D & Public Transport.

We are a fast-paced casual dining Restaurant, serving Italian comfort food.

Established in 1969, The restaurant is open 7 days a week. Lunch and dinners.

$80,000.00 salary + penalty rates + sick leave + annual leave + superannuation + laundry allowance.
