Burke Hall is entering a new and exciting phase as it transitions into the new Kindergarten to Year 6 ‘Junior School structure at the beginning of 2024. Set on an extraordinary site in close proximity to the Yarra Bend National Park and city center, we are looking for exceptional educators who are passionate about delivering transformative educational experiences that will inspire each boy to become the best version of themselves.

**Tenure**:

- Full-time, fixed term - Term 3, 2023 commencing by Monday 17 July 2023.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Appropriate qualifications in early years teaching and evidence of Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
- Previous experience/knowledge of, and educational alignment with the Victorian Curriculum.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
- A commitment to educating children in Catholic Faith and Identity in a Jesuit school.
- Ability to meet the Xavier College Compliance Criteria.
- Ability to demonstrate alignment through the Pillars of the Strategic Plan.
- Ability to demonstrate engagement with the Attitudes and Habits as an educator at Xavier College through lived practice.
- Ability to engage in the full life of the College through a diversity of skills and work capacity.
