**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced Die Setters with plastic injection moulding experience for our busy manufacturing site in North Plympton. We have roles available across all shifts on Days, Afternoon and Nights. We are looking for a strong team player who enjoys training and helping others with a high level of responsibility.

You must be able to think ahead and will be responsible for a range of die setting tasks in line with the schedule. You will have an innovative approach and able to make recommendations for improvements to ensure efficiency is maintained. You will strive to improve machine changeover times, responsible for troubleshooting and be actively involved in opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Reviewing schedules and preparing tooling/machine to undertake die changes.
- Setup and monitor moulding processes in line with relevant work instructions.
- Liaise with the planning department to resolve any issues when required.
- Conduct materials handling where required.
- Complete required documentation pre and post die change.

**About You**
- Die setting, troubleshooting and/or die trialling qualifications or relevant experience in injection moulding.
- Demonstrated experience working with moulding machines.
- Demonstrated experience in moulding a variety of basic to engineering polymers.
- Experience in unscrewing cores, hydraulic cores and/or pneumatic cores.
- A solid understanding of injection moulding tool design.
- Ability to read and understand tooling and parts drawings.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
