The successful applicant will bring solid experience in the fencing and gate installation, Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow with the company.

Our business is looking for a highly motivated individual with a broad range of experience to join the supportive like-minded team, based in our Chipping Norton factory.

This is a full-time role with huge potential for growth within the business.

Skills and Experience to be successful:

- **Driver’s license and white card**:

- Fence building and installation (minimum of 3 years experience required)
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude a must.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Maintaining a professional and friendly work environment with the team and clients.
- Good communication skills & costumer focus
- Upholding a high-quality standard of work
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous work with colourbond/ timber is considered.
- Assist in building fences and gates at the factory.
- Assisting day by day task

Role:
BTS fabrication has been fabricating and maintaining fences & gates in all of Sydney and north shore area, We pride ourselves on quality work and good customer relations. We strive to leave every site better than when we arrived we seek to bring satisfaction into the experience of each and every client, leaving the physical site looking better on the outside as well a satisficed costumer.

Wages: depends on Experience

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- gates and fencing installation: 2 years (required)
