**Your Responsibilities**
- Observe and evaluate, supporting our team with the development and progression of our programs.
- Facilitate a physical environment that reflects the educational program.
- Support established relationships with families.
- Foster the established collegiality of the team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of the EYLF and the Planning cycle.
- Early Childhood Teacher qualified ACECQA approved Degree.
- Expertise in guiding and empowering staff to attain their objectives, address challenges, and foster critical reflective practices.
- Sound knowledge of the NQF.
- Demontrate warm and meaningful relationships with educators, families, and community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills.
- Current Working with Children Check.

Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
