- **Your new role**
- Provide program and operational leadership of your designated nursing education team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of clinical education
- Foster collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners in the delivery of best practice models of education and training program experience.
- Influence the direction and delivery of excellence in nursing education that supports the delivery of safe, timely, effective and person centred care.
