**In this role, you'll**
- Be responsible for overseeing and managing any employee issues, inspecting and resolving these by measuring and interpreting data, pulling reports and conducting audits to comply with relevant and appropriate laws and regulations.
- Deliver effective Employee Relations solutions and provide advice and support to diverse stakeholder groups in the management of industrial and employment relations matters.
- Develop efficient working relationships with Union Representatives and Internal staff
- Produce and facilitate training for all internal/external stakeholders where necessary.

This is a fixed term opportunity until 1st December 2024 with potential opportunities across the Transport cluster. You will have a base location in Macquarie Park and access to hybrid working arrangements.

**About you**
- You are an experienced Employee Relations professional who has a demonstrated understanding of HR Policies, Employment Laws and conventions as well as the public sector employment policies and processes.
- You are someone with great communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage and build relationships with numerous stakeholders.
- You can assist with the development and implementation of appropriate and effective employee relations strategies.
