We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrator to join our team on-site for one of our key clients. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of services and ensuring the effective maintenance of office facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage All Reception duties
- Organise all Travel bookings
- Oversee Cleaning Staff
- Engaging and supervising all subcontractor personnel.
- Ensuring proper induction of subcontractors.
- Supervising the onsite cleaners and monitoring their performance.
- Collaborating with Office Service's personnel to any address goods and service provisions.
- Coordinating and tracking maintenance and compliance activities.
- Reconciling subcontractor invoices with requested, quoted, and executed work.
- Managing the coordination of daily mail activities.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft suites
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Problem Solving
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Must have FULL Work Rights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
