Shutdown Rigger

Workfast are working on behalf of our client who are a multi national engineering company who specialise in the mining and civil sectors across NSW and QLD.

They are looking to employ a multiple Riggers for an upcoming shutdown across mining projects in the Hunter Valley region.

**_About you_**
- Must be qualified either at intermediate or advanced level
- Up to date order 43 medical
- Previously worked on Yancoal mine sites (ideally)
- High risk work licence
- Working at heights within 12 months
- EWP over 11m
- Experience on working within mine sites
- Be a team player
- Live locally to the Hunter area
- Have own tools
- Have reliable transport.

**_What you will be doing_**
- Rigging duties as per supervisors instructions
- Working alongside other operatives such as fitters and boilermakers
- Assisting colleagues as per supervisors instructions
- Displaying great health and safety
