Findex are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our operations team based in Hobart, Tasmania. This is a full-time, onsite, permanent opportunity, with the chance to develop and grow your career with one of Australia’s leading accounting and advisory firms.

As part of our operations team, you will work on a variety of tasks to ensure that business objectives are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your administration skills and work with a close-knit team who share the common goal of thriving

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and staff
- Answer external and internal phone calls
- Manage room bookings and set ups, catering orders and event support
- Support office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
- Provide general administrative support to team members and act as the point of contact for organising training and systems updates
- Collation of client data and correspondence on behalf of team members Support the team with system administration document preparation and data entry

- Experience in a Corporate Reception or Frontline position
- Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office experience
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to display a proactive and team-player attitude Exceptional written and verbal communication
