Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination and management of a large-scale Program of Work (PoW). This is a two-year position with the potential to extend to three years, based at Artarmon Sydney.
This role will be responsible for identifying and planning the required projects, resources and costs associated from both strategic and operational streams and ensuring the on-time and successful delivery of the Operations PoW. The program is in its infancy and will require the Program Manager to identify and scope out the various projects that will deliver the desired outcomes associated with this strategic initiative.
Once the identified projects are enabled, the Program Manager role will shift to managing the interdependencies across the projects, managing local and global stakeholders, establishing and implementing program governance, and effectively managing the resources across projects.

The key responsibilities and accountabilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing cross-functional teams effectively and providing support and upskilling where required
- Managing stakeholder engagement both internally and externally and at all levels of the organization

- Maintaining Safety, Health and Environment standards and requirements across the program
- Defining the program governance and managing all relevant documentation, reporting and communication related to this
- Monitoring the progress made against the program plan and ensuring on time, on-cost and safe delivery
- Identifying risks and issues and provide appropriate mitigations to address these
- Identifying opportunities for transformation and optimization of the manufacturing, assembly and distribution functions
