The key objective for these roles is the co-coordination of the day-to-day delivery of services within the school facilities. Specifically, the School Officer will be accountable for the delivery of all assigned maintenance and services tasks to achieve all contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications and special school projects.
We currently have vacancies at the following locations:
- Featherbrook College, Point Cook - required to travel to other sites in the North West region.
- Bannockburn P-12 College, Bannockburn - required to travel to other sites in the Geelong region.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experience in handyman repairs, trades assistant, carpenter or similar trade background
- Ability to supervise Project Work or related discipline.
- Experience in the delivery of FM services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors.
- Familiarity and understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building code of Australia.
