**Location**: Carlton North, VIC

**Pay rate**: $33-35 per hour + Super

**Days**:Tuesdays

**Hours**:8am-5:30pm

**Children***: 4 year old and 7 year old

**Start**:ASAP.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references we can contact.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This family is seeking a wonderful nanny to support them on Tuesdays. They will need the full day of support at least through to the end of 2023 as their 4 year old will not be in school until the following year. No driving is required, with the school a short walk away and public transport easily available for outings.

The majority of most days will be spent with the 4 year old, and the nanny has a lot of freedom to plan their days with him based on what they're interested in doing together. In addition to childcare, the family would appreciate a few light household tasks done during the day. In particular, some laundry and helping to maintain tidiness of the children's belongings. Some meal preparation would also be wonderful occasionally.

The family may be able to offer some extra hours (likely a half-day on Fridays) if desired, but this is optional only if/when the nanny wants it.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents are professionals who typically work outside of the home on Tuesdays. They really appreciate the support of a professional in the home once a week and the relationships they form with their two boys. The family has had an incredible relationship with a long-term nanny and look forward to welcoming another person into their lives.

The boys enjoy a balance of being physically active and engaged in quieter activities and play really well together. They love football. The ideal nanny will have the patience for active brotherly play The children are also learning Italian so an Italian-speaking nanny would be wonderful, though not at all essential.
