We bring together wine enthusiasts, connoisseurs, and industry professionals to celebrate and experience the world of fine wines. Our team is dedicated to creating unforgettable events that showcase the finest wines, exquisite cuisine, and immersive experiences. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Event Coordinator with wine experience to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute wine-focused events, following the grapes calendar, including tastings, winemaker’s dinners, wine tours, and private wine events.
- Liaise with clients, wineries, suppliers, local business, schools and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct thorough research on wine regions, wineries, and vintages to curate unique and engaging event concepts.
- Coordinate with catering teams to create wine and food pairings that complement each event.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as obtaining necessary permits and licenses for events.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback from participants, and implement improvements for future events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging wines, and new event concepts to offer innovative experiences to our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning and/or related experience.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the wine industry.
- In-depth knowledge of wines, wine regions, grape varieties, and winemaking processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficient in event management software, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
