Are you a digital tools enthusiast looking for your next challenge? Would you enjoy building interactive forms that can be used to continuously improve service efficiency? This role would give you the opportunity to be an integral part of the migration and transformation of Council’s paper forms into a 'Smart Forms’ format to improve customer experience.

**About this opportunity**

The proposed solution will guide business customers to the right form and process. Our Smart Forms will capture all relevant information at the outset with the ability to provide relevant prompts and guidance throughout, removing the need for businesses to contact Council for clarification.

**What will you bring**

By joining our team, you will ideally bring the following:

- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience within a local government setting, preferably in a senior customer service or information technology role
- Advanced communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly
- Excellent project and time management, planning and administrative skills and the ability to assimilate information quickly with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively independently while maintaining positive and professional relationships at all levels
- Good understanding of and experience with HTML and CSS and ability to use browser tools to solve web display and layout challenges
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience using process mapping software, Content Management Systems, APIs or other comparable digital systems and software
