About the role
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in the upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of our hospital facilities to ensure that all critical hospital systems run smoothly.
**Your main duties will include**:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, identifying and repairing issues as needed.
Assist the Facilities Manager with scheduling, contractor coordination and other administrative tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and ensuring maintenance is conducted in a timely manner.
**About you**:
Experience in building or general, with skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
Trade certifications (preferred but not required)
