**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Define, design and implement the alliance program for residential construction
- Identify, recruit and onboard new alliance partners
- Manage accounts of alliance partners on a day-to-day basis
- Manage full P&L, including formulating joint business plans to achieve budgeted revenue, spend and profitability, and negotiating trading terms
- Track sales execution and provide performance reporting
- Conduct continuous process improvement reviews and identify opportunities to optimize partner management activities
- Develop an affiliate/partner plan to maximize benefits

**About you**:

- 10+ years experience in the residential construction industry
- Experience across multiple sales channels including new and existing sales channels
- Exceptional negotiation and relationships management skills
- Skilled in analysing sales results, reporting against financial expectations, and using data to improve business performance
- Excellent communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Strong customer service focus and understanding of customer experience and operational expertise
- Detail oriented and process driven
- Ability to prioritise and multitask competing workloads
